Sidr honey is produced by bees that forage on the Sidr tree (Ziziphus spina-christi), a hardy tree native to the Arabian Peninsula. Yemeni Sidr, particularly from Hadhramout, is prized for its distinct depth of flavor.
Our first release is sourced from beekeepers in the Hadhramout region of Yemen. Supplier detail will be published on the trace page ahead of launch.
